Can vouch for Clive - he’s been out to me twice this week, got a completely jammed door/lock back up and running again, replaced another lock and straightened a wonky door, and unjammed a couple of rusted in windows. Fast friendly service, super responsive and reliable!!

I had the pleasure of working on this lovely old safe today - safe was jammed shut and I needed to perform some magic on the lock to trip her open.
All serviced up again and good for another few years, (already well over 100 years old as an estimate ).
Designed & built by yours truly & fitted on a Lincs Locks job this morning.
One very satisfied customer , particularly as I supplied all the padlocks to work on the same key too.
Today we came across quite a rare multi point locking system on a composite door . The era vectris was a system designed to work like a conventional 5 lever mortice lock .
I had the pleasure of doing 'snagging ' work for era when they first introduced this system .
I have always rated it as truly horrible and unreliable .
If you are unlucky enough to have one fail locked - they are virtually impossible to open without damage to the door .
Luckily I have found that these can be modified to accept a traditional euro profile gearbox . Using gearbox, new handles and an anti snap cylinder - the customers door is now future proofed and a lot more reliable .
Second job of the day.
Attend to a jammed upvc door ( luckily it was open).
Strip and rebuild mechanism and replace failed gearbox .
All from stock on the van.
We even cut additional keys for customer whilst there.
